Word of Faith Deliverance Ministry (WFDM) was birth from a bible study/prayer group with the attendance of three people and a powerful Word and Vision from the Lord.
​
Through that experience and teachings of Evangelist Betty Brown the Spirit of God was moving and we realized God had so much in store for us. During one of our meetings we received a visitation from the Holy Spirit, which confirmed that we should continue to move forward.
​
On August 2, 2010, Evangelist Brown stepped out on faith and Word of Faith Deliverance Ministry had their first worship service. The Lord moved so mightily in that service that we all knew we were compelled to "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost;" Matthew 28:19.

WFDM has begun to grow, but we are still reminded that "The harvest truly is plenteous, but the laborers are few;" so we continue to work in the vineyard, gathering the sheaves. People have received healing from illnesses, delivered from drugs, alcohol, and prison.

Our church stands on Isaiah 61: 1 'The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;"

Word of Faith Deliverance Ministry is a caring church seeking to further the Kingdom of God by empowering individuals and families to advance, excel and mature in the things of God. We endeavor to do this through sound teaching, outreach, impartation, and spiritual enrichment.
Also by creating an atmosphere for the presence of God through prayer, praise and worship. We purpose to allow individuals the opportunity to reach their God-given potential while advancing in their God given purpose and destiny.

To release a clarion call through prayer and prophetic intercession, where people of all races, can come be taught the Word of God and grow, get filled with the Holy Ghost, get delivered and live the victorious life that Christ has promised.

The Bible is our primary source and guide, teaching and training us to seek God’s will. We continually desire the leading of the Holy Spirit to empower us to live our daily lives in a practical and loving manner.
At the same time, we realize that a successful ministry requires the establishment of a strong base from which to reach out. That is why we are constantly looking for ways to reach new people at home, to establish them in the faith and empower them with the word of God. It is our desire to see the church grow both spiritually and numerically as we unite together in fulfilling the Great Commission.

Meet OUR LEAD PASTOR
Jon JACKSON
Lead Pastor
Pastor Jon realized the call of God at a very young age. While others were playing outside , he would be heard in his room praying and preaching. He was told at an early age via Prophetic Utterance by Prophet Brian Mosley that he would be a Modern day Samuel and he would travel the world proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
The word of the Lord came to pass and Pastor Jon Preached his first Sermon At the age of 11. Pastor Jon has always had a loved for ministry . Pastor Jon was known throughout his community as the “Young Fire Ball”.
He would preach in the Yard and people would literally come and listen to him preach! He held a prayer meeting every Wednesday and folk would gather from all around to experience God. His love for God was so intense that his teachers received Salvation through him. Pastor Jon’s Passion for souls led him to birth a Tent ministry. Through this ministry many were saved and delivered!
He has served in various ministries within the church such as Praise and Worship, Intercessor, Youth Minister, Elder, Prophet and now Pastor.
Pastor Jon’s greatest joy came from doing behind the scenes work such as cleaning the church, prison ministry, visiting the sick and bereaved.
Pastor Jon studied at Beulah Heights Bible college as well as Clayton State University.
Pastor Jon has traveled extensively throughout the United States, the Caribbean , West Indies, Malawi and Mexico . Pastor Jon believes that God has raised him up as an end time Prophetic voice to lead Gods people back to a place of prayer and Revival. Pastor Jon is known for his fiery style of preaching and his love for Gods people.
